Sales Policy

We reserve the right to deny any sale based on suitability, responsibility of horse ownership and / or proper facilities.

We happily offer short term financing* ( 6 month term as max.)
**Financed horse(s) will continue to reside at Marielund Miniatures until the horse(s) have been paid for - in full. **Minimum deposit of 25% down and the balance to be paid in full within 3 months. Deposits are NOT refundable. Board is set at a reduced rate for financed horse(s) purchased from Marielund Miniatures.
* Horse must be paid and picked up within 30 days unless otherwise specified. If this does not occur within said time frame horse will be relisted for sale, and money will be non-refundable.
* Horses are sold with no guarantees, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
*Vet and/or personal references may be required.
* If bred mare is sold with a live foal guarantee, we will gladly breed mare to any stallion of your choice on our farm; however mare care is the responsibility of the new owner.
